We are in need of replacement parts for our double hung vinyl windows. We are not able to find any identifying information on the windows. The shoe part measures approx 30-32 mm W, 25 mm H and 12mm D. Clearly we are also in need of the spring as well!
Please advise if it is also suggested to replace the 'feet' as well. What information would be required to find the best replacement part?

Thanks for posting! Your coil balance shoe reminds me of the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. I am confident this is what you'll need but be sure to double check and compare the dimensions below.
This shoe is typically used with the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. To determine the springs needed for your assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that might be on the coils. If you do not have stamps/markings or they are hard to read, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide it by the total number of coils.
