I am not sure what I need but have pictures too many to post since your limit is 5. Also, how are you suppose to measure for the correctr piviot shoe?

Looks like you need a typical tilt window spiral balance setup. For the balance itself, you have either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. You have to measure the diameter of your tube to verify the best option. I can't determine diameter size from your photo here, so you'll have to determine that on your end.
Regarding the shoe, the only proper way to measure these is to remove it first. That should be your next step. I strongly recommend removing an undamaged version to ensure that everything is accounted for. Once it's out, write out its dimensions in your response to me along with a single photo of it without obstruction and I can check our records for a match.
