Window Parts

Hey there,

I'm certain we can provide a replacement for the window balance you need for the repair. Although, the one pictured appears to be missing its top and bottom attachments. To identify the correct replacements, I'll need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window. 

I'll also need to know the stamp/marking from the metal channel. This helps to get an idea of the amount of weight the balances should be able to support.

In regard to the white nylon piece, this is the top sash guide. This one has a similar appearance to the 18-009. Carefully review and compare the specifications below to confirm if this is the right match.
