I am looking for a window latch which has the imprint "9324" on it. Mounting screw holes are 2 1/16" apart on both parts.
Also, need window balance feet which do not have any marks on them. They measure 2 1/4" x 1" x 3/8" and has a single set screw for what purpose, I can not tell from the part. they hang on a long spiral spring which is about 18" long and sits inside of a vinyl double hung, tilt out window track.

Hi Chris,
Your window lock can be replaced with either the 90-274 or the 90-278. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully look over the specifications and compare them. Both sets come with a compatible keeper.
For the part you are referring to as the balance foot, I believe you'll need the 22-022 Friction Shoe.
