Hope you can open my three pictures and identify these parts.

Appears to be a two component system.

If needed please tell me which dimensions you require to ID

The part that's broken appears to be your top sash guide. Please see the video below, for a bit more information on how these work and how you can repair it, then compare an unbroken version of your top sash guide to our 18-166. I think this might be the replacement you want.
