Hello,

First, you'll need to remove the sash, as well as the old bracket and roller-tilt. There should be a cut-out for the roller tilt at the top of the track for the bottom sash and at the bottom track for the top sash. Then you'll hook the coil springs to the bracket and slide them into the track. 

Next, screw the bracket where the old one was installed, and with a screwdriver, place it in the metal cam and pull down the roller tilt a few inches before turning it towards you to lock it in place. Repeat this process on the other side and install the sash to text that the window is functioning properly.
