Window Parts Needed

A quick learner from Tallahassee, FL says:
I need to know the part numbers for the top sash guides and channel balance top winged pieces based upopn the enclosed photos and informaton below.

The channel balance seems to be 30 inches in length, with markings of "29 3 HT CMC 4"

The top sash guide has dimensions of: Height - 1 5/8 in; Width at top - 7/8 in; Width at bottom - 5/8 in. Note that the screw head are squared, not phillips.

The channel balance top, winged, has dimensions of overall height of 1 7/8 in; width inside channel is 5/8 in, width at top of winged plastic is 7/8 inc.

Finally, what is your return policy in the event the parts do not fit?
Thanks,
Gary

Hello,

Your top sash guide reminds me of our 18-166 but I'd recommend double-checking your measurements to see how they compare to the ones on our product page.

As for your channel balance, we would need to see a photo of the bottom attachment as well to narrow down your replacement options.

Lastly, you are welcome to look through our return policy here. Thank you!

As requested, bottom photos of channel balance are attached. Hopefully, these will help determine the correct top balance, winged pieces.

I verified the measurements of the top sash guide -- they are the same as your part 18-166. Thanks!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2930 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
