Can you tell me the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings on either end? Can you also show me a clearer picture of the other nylon fitting? Finally, that stamp code is a bit hard to read. Can you give me the exact weight of the window sash? That exact weight will tell us what new stamp option you need.

A quick learner from Port St Lucie, FL says:
Length of metal channel, not including the nylon fittings = 37 inches

Stamp code = 36-4 LX CMC 11

Thanks for the response. I still can't see the top nylon fitting, but this is enough to narrow it down to three different balances. If the top nylon fitting has wings, or side tabs like the 19-005, then you likely need our S395-37, with a stamp option of 3640. Look it over to confirm.

If the top fitting lacks wings, such as our 19-002, then you have either our S351-37 or S390-37. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the image below to compare. In either case, choose a stamp option of 3640.

Are these better photos to give you a clearer picture?

It sure is, thanks. This is an S395-35, with a stamp option of 3460. Let me know if you have any other questions.
