This looks like a casement window hinge. Take a look at our 36-004-10 Hinge Set and let me know if it matches up.

Are these left hand or right hand hinges? We need to for a left hand hinge window and two for right.

These hinges are non-handed, meaning they work for either a left or right-handed window. They come in pairs so you can replace both the top and bottom hinges in a given window.

If they are non-handed, how do you get them to open in the correct direction? Do you have to take them apart??

The arms of the hinge come unattached to the base track so that they can be oriented correctly during installation. The video below shows how to install these hinge sets.
