The top fixed window has a broken latch on the left side.Bottom Removable window has a broken tilt corner on top left.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 95-249. Your old corner resembles the ones in this kit, though we don't sell them separately. As for the latch, we have the 91-140, but this doesn't appear to 1:1 match your old one, so we can't promise it will work. Review the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
