Thanks for reaching out to us. This appears to be a typical tilt window setup. It also looks like you need a new spiral balance and pivot shoe.

For the spiral balance, you only have two options: the 3/8" diameter Series 900, or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. You need to measure the diameter of the outer plastic tube to verify the best match.

Regarding the pivot shoe, your photo is too unclear for us to use. We need to see it removed from the window, ideally in undamaged condition. I'd also appreciate if you wrote down its width and thickness. Height doesn't matter, so don't worry about that.
