Is a kind of pus in nail that connects the handle to the window.

Hi there, thanks for writing in. This looks similar to our 39-376. Could this be what you're looking for?

I only need to replace the little metal nub with ridges that sticks out of my casement window's dual arm operator. It would be the piece that your part number "39-376" attaches to. Is it possible to replace just this small piece without replacing the entire operator?

thank you.

I see. Unfortunately it is not possibly to replace the spline on its own. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you're interested in replacing the whole operator, I'll need to see an image of the entire assembly, including the arms.
