Hello, looking for this piece. It hooks into the window sashes to keep window from falling down.

Your pivot shoe reminds me of the 15-208 at first glance. With that being said, it would help us confirm if we could see the balance hook that attaches to the top of your pivot shoe, as well as an undamaged version of the shoe if one is available. In the meantime, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 15-208 shown below to yours. Thank you!
