Window Pile replacement

Question

My windows seem to have assembled with each side having the pile inserted, then the sides were adhered together.  There does not seem to be an easy way to remove the pile.  Do you have any suggestions for this situation?

I'm afraid there's no easy fix for this. Your best option would be to cut little openings in the track to slide the wool pile out, then trying to crimp them back closed once the new pile is in.
