Window Pin

Question

I have Silverline windows, and the window is 13 years old.  When I was cleaning the window today, the right sight of the window fell due to a rusted part.  I think it might be a locking mechanism for when you tilt the window out.  A handyman called it a pin.  I need a replacement part.

Your pivot bar is too damaged to ID. Can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a photo of it removed from the window sash? Written-out dimensions are also helpful.
