My name is Parvej. I uploaded photos of the pivot shoe (lock). The windows are American craftsman (Home Depot) purchased approximately 10 years ago and this shoe coal snapped. Do you have this item? I am unable to locate a model or part number as there's nothing written on this item or window. I would need two replacement pieces.
