This is from a commercial apartment building, approximately 11 years old. Vinyl windows, but can't find a brand name. Right and left sides appear to be the same.
Any idea or else an alternate part number?

We have a similar pivot bar with two holes, the 26-402. You only need to use one hole. The height of the base of our pivot bar is 1.25", and the width is 0.4062". The peg is 0.6562" long, 0.1875" thick, and 0.4375" wide. Does that seem close enough to work?
