Window pivot bar with 23179 imprint

I am looking for a window pivot bar replacement for one that is broken. The bar has a raised head and has an imprint of 23179. The window does not have any markings of a manufacturer, so I'm not sure who made it. The only marking was a sticker showing its compliance with certain regulations. Pictures are attached.

Thank you for your continued patience in this matter. After extensive research, we have finally found a potential replacement for this pivot bar. I will post again in this thread as soon as I have something for you to look at!
