Window Pivot Bar

I’m trying to identify a window pivot bar.
Measurements:

Overall length: approximately 2-3/8”
Hole spacing: 3/4” center-to-center
Two mounting holes (one round, one slotted)
Flanged head with tapered end
Attached are photos of the pivot bar, the sash where it mounts, and the pivot shoe in the jamb.
I cannot locate the window manufacturer.

This is the intact pivot bar, the other snapped in half.
