Window Pivot Help

Question

Broke a few of these pivots with slight S to them. can you help from a custom window company is out of business that installed them.

We don't have an exact match for this pivot bar, but our 26-422 is very similar. I know it lacks that offset but that may not come into play. Look it over and let me know what you think.
