Window Pivot Lock Shoe

I am having trouble finding a replacement. Cannot find any markings on the window. If we cannot find the exact one, I am wondering if there is something I could use.

It looks to have a type of spring mechanism. When engaged metal prongs stick out of the bottom portion of the side.

Measurements
About 1/2" thick. Could be 15/32".
About 1 7/16" tall
About 1 3/16" wide.
