Window Pivot Shoes

A large number of my pivot shoes are stuck at the bottom of the track and do not function. Most of the time when I try to pry them loose with a screwdriver, they break. If they don't break, and I try to use them again, they get stuck again. I am looking for suitable replacements. Hopefully a different design that will function better.
