Window Pivot, Unknow Replacement window brand

The attached PDF contains dimensions and picture of a window pivot that broke on a replacement window that was installed in a church. I do not know what window brand and only have the part with me right now.

I checked around town some and did not find this exact part. If there is something close that would work I could do some modification (Add hole / Cut to length)

If you need pictures of the window or the track it is installed into I can get them this weekend.

The hole in this part was not tapped and had used a sheet metal screw to attach the part. If there is a version with a threaded hole I could make that work as well.
