Your photo resembles a Milgard top sash guide we see from time to time. We don't carry an exact replacement, but we often suggest the 18-009 as a possible replacement. Take a look and confirm the dimensions below match your part, except the "trim" on the top end of the guide. You'll have to cut that down with a utility knife in order to get the clearance necessary for installation. Make sure to wear safety gloves when you do this, just in case, and note that products cannot be returned for a refund after being altered in this way.
