I have two windows that the metal screw like piece on one side is broken.
I watched your video (it was very good), but i have to take everything out to get the measurements to match up with the correct replacement pieces. Is this correct, or do the Product description & numbers above indicate the parts I would need?

Hi Tim. I'm afraid we do need to see the actual hardware out of the window, with measurements. The reason for this is that window hardware is typically generic, even across brands, and so knowing the brand or product number often isn't helpful in narrowing down the possible replacement parts. In your case, I'm not quite sure what you're referring to, so to see the part of the window would be a good start to identifying what you need. Many thanks.
