Window Repair

A quick learner from Woodbury says:
This window has two problems. First the vinyl casing on the bottom has broken, so there is no metal tab to connect into the spiral balance. Second, the part that connects to the spiral balance on the other side of the window is broken. Can this be repaired?

We carry the pivot shoe, #15-040, but the broken sash bottom is a problem.

We suggest you call Audubon Hardware and ask for Joe. He might come up with a repair for this sash.
