Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not 100% sure who made your window, but it looks like your balance has the 15-159 shoe at the end of the cord. This shoe is commonly used in Malta brand double hung windows, though that's not necessarily a guarantee.

Either way, we may be able to supply this balance to you, depending on the rest of its configuration. We'll have to see it removed before we can determine that, though, so let's tackle that first. The only way to remove your balance is to take out the entire jamb liner in one go. That will allow you to then slide the balance out of the liner from either the top or bottom.

Removing the jamb liner is the tricky part. You'll first need to remove both the top and bottom sashes from the window. Then, you'll need to determine what's keeping the jamb liner in the window. Sometimes it's just the wood trim, which, upon removal, will allow you to easily slide the jamb liner our. I'll share a video below that shows this being done.

Oftentimes the jamb liner is simply held in by the sashes themselves. In that scenario, you'd be able to simply pull the jamb liner out by hand once the sashes are removed.

These are only two possibilities, though, and it generally depends on the make of the window. I am unfortunately not familiar with your exact series so I can't really tell you for sure how it ought to be removed. If the above two options don't work then you may want to have a local professional come out and do the project for you.
