Thanks for your post! Since the cam in the shoe is rusted, it would also be encouraged to replace the shoes as well. The one your balance appears to be either the 15-195 closed cam or the 15-195B open cam 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe. You'll need to remove the shoe and examine the cam is open (you can see through to the other side) or closed (you cannot see through it).
We typically suggest using the 26-021 Pivot bar to use along with this shoe.
If you are looking to replace the entire balance, I recommend the S795-27, which comes assembled with the 19-043 screw in clip and the 15-195 closed cam shoe. Be sure to double check that your balances screw in at the top of the window. If they are attached using a hook, please let me know the shape of the hole.
You can likely use the 27C stamp option, but it would be a good idea to double check that your sash weighs between 17 to 22lbs.
Your balances have a 26-3 stamp which would indicate the channel should be 27", not including the attachments. I suggest double checking this to be sure. Again, you would need the 27C stamp.
Be sure to add the 15-195B to the cart along with the balances, as well.
Removing the screw will allow you to remove the balance, there shouldn't be any others. Please see the video tutorial below that details how to covert our cross-bow balances. You can skip through to the 3m 12sec mark for instructions on how to remove and install the balances.
