Window Repair Parts

Question

The model number on the channel Balance is 2120. Based on the measurements I took, in order to replace the entire mechanism I would need part "22" Series 351 Channel Balance". But before ordering 8 of these I would like your concurrence based on the pictures I took.

I don't think you have the S351-22. The nylon attachments for the Series 351 do not have wings, while both of yours do. I think you should consider our S380-22 instead.
