Window Repair Parts and more

Hi, I purchased a 1990s home, and we just finished a giant renovation.  We are in Kenner, Louisiana.  A previous homeowner had these very nice Alliance Vinyl Windows installed, but while cleaning them we see that some parts are broken.  I'd love to find a Window Repair Technician in my area, but have not had success finding one.  So... I am going to attempt the fix this myself.  It appears that the Pivot Lock Shoes are broken on at least two of them.  And there is a gasket which came off of the bottom of one.  I uploaded photos.  Thank you in advance for you help with this.
