Window Repair on a channel balance

Thank you for sharing your photos with us. Your balance closely resembles both our S380-30 and S385-30. The only difference between these balance is the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. The depth measurement of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance, like in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balances would make the best fit. Whichever one chosen will use a 2930 option.
