Window Replacement Balance is of smaller Diameter

Question

I just ordered some balances Series 600 28" Blue tip and noticed that the diameter is larger that the one on the left in the attached image. Will it still work?

Hey, Curtiss. I think our S900-28 green tip balance would have been better. That said, the Series 600 balance you ordered from us may still work. Some window manufacturers use either one in their windows. Try a set of S600-28" and see if it fits in the track and sash. If not, you'll need the Series 900 instead.
