We need to order a bunch of the window "dohikeys" that allow you to lean the window out to clean it. Attached is photo. Our Portland Glass company said part # is 28CBS1. Might be called top tilt latch pair??
I measured the rectangular latch. 3" L x 3/4" W looks like

Yes, I did see that latch. However, it does not provide enough information to properly identify the part.
Once I have the requested photos, that will give a better chance of recommending the most accurate replacement.

Thanks for the photo. Your tilt latches look like they could possibly be our 26-243 and 26-244. To confirm that these are the correct replacement, you'll want to find an undamaged latch and compare the measurements shown on the diagram below.
If the dimensions are not a match, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged latch and I'll need to know the written measurements.
Our 26-243 and 26-244 still appear to be the closest match to what you have. The 3/16" measurement is the distance between that tab at the bottom and the end of the rectangular base. It does not include the triangular shaped latch. Yours does not appear to have this tab on the bottom, so the measurements you'll need to consider are the length and the width.
The only other length we have is 2-7/8", which would be too large for what you have.
Double check the measurements to see if these might be a fit for you.
