Can you help me verify what parts these are and part numbers so that I can order the replacements.

Based on the style of your tilt latch, the closest we have is our 26-193 and 26-194. The dimensions don't seem to line up, though. Could you still use them? I wasn't able to find anything closer.

I'm afraid we don't have the balance cover. We may have the latch, but before I recommend anything, can you confirm its dimensions? In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
