Window Replacement Parts

A home owner from Weirton, wv says:

Swisco,

Can you please find replacement parts for my window ?
See the attached 3 pictures. I couldn't find a match on your web site. The window is a Vinyl, ReliaBilt by W Lok that is 8 years old. The window size is 30" x 37".

The parts needed are:

2-Pivot Locks with the breaks on the sides.
2-Coil Ballance a #6 or # 9 ???

Please advise if parts are available.
