I need 12 total components (a pair each for 6 windows) that will replace the broken parts noted in the photos so that spring remains in tact to open the windows as necessary.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the balance fully removed from the window so that the bottom attachment is also visible, as well as the stamp code on the metal channel, to identify a possible replacement. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2960 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
