I am in need of assistance in acquiring these wheels my windows. The current wheels are corroded but the windows are still good. Alternative options are welcomed and appreciated.

Your roller resembles the 87-143 but it is only meant to use one wheel since the slots where the wheels install allow them to sit higher or lower for adjustment. If two wheels are in the housing, only the one in the lower position will support the window, while the other will be held above the track. Take a look and see what you think.
