Does 2730 conform with it being the window sash

need to know if the number 2730 conforms with it being the window sash? it is 28inches long and 1/2 inch wide. need to make sure that it is the right sash before ordering.

I'm not sure I understand your question. I also did not received your pictures. The stamp does not tell us anything about the window aside from how strong the spring is. Two 28" long channel balances with a 2730 stamp option can carry a window sash weight of 13 through 19 pounds. What specifically did you want to know?

on the window sash in question (28" in length & 9/16 in width)does it come completely assembled as pictured on your site ?

Yes, all of our balance Series come fully assembled just as pictured. Also keep in mind that the hardware you're looking for is known as a "balance," not a "sash." The sash is the framed glass in the window frame that opens and closes.
