Window Sash Balance

Question

I am looking to see what parts I would need to replace my window sash balances in my apartment. These are pictures of one of them. I'm trying to figure out what exact parts I would need. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in. See either our S351-28 or S390-28 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best. You will need to select a stamp option of 2675. Let us know if you have any questions.
