Hello and thank you for your patience with us. Both the top and bottom balance shoe on your balance appear to be winged. Two different balances come to mind: our S380-27 and S385-27. The difference between these two balances lie within the depth measurement of the bottom balance shoe. For the Series 380, the depth measurement is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". Measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram, to determine which balance would make a better match. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2640 option.
