I have a vinyl window (sash weight 20.8 lbs) that has two broken balances and shoes. The balances are stamped 21TGX. The channel is 1/2"x1/2" with an overall length of 22"
I'm looking for balances and shoes for these windows. Please let me know what other information is needed.

Hello! Your pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-188, but you should review its dimensions just to ensure that everything matches up.
I'm less certain about your balance. I think it may be our Series 770, but I've never seen a Series 770 with that kind of stamp. Would it be possible to see the metal clip at the end of the cord? This would be the clip that engages with the pivot shoe. Can you also confirm that the length of 22" is only for the metal channel?
