Hi, I would like to replace my damaged window balances. I took several photos and attached. Please let me know if they match to your products. If you need more information, please let me know. Also, would you let me know what is the delivery fee? ( for 4-6 pieces and for 12 pieces, respectively). Thanks.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 3250.
