Window Sash Balancer

Hi, how are you? My residence is an older home built in 1977. It has the Andresen Wooden Windows which are great! Recently the sash balancer chord on one of the windows broke. I've attached a image of the sash balance. I'm hopeful that you will be able to help identify the replacement part.
