Hi, I'm looking for two 36X GL window sash balancers with BSI written horizontally in between those two.

Hello there! Thank you for contacting us. This information doesn't help us identify your hardware, unfortunately. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly from the window and show us some photos? We'd also like to see a photo of the stamp.
