Window Sash Balancer Replacement

Hello! The balancers in my windows are pretty worn down. I am looking to replace them and wanting to be sure I order the correct part. I would appreciate help pointing me in the right direction. Thank you!

We can help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end fittings intact in order to determine a replacement. The video below will walk you through exactly what we'll need to see.

Thanks for the additional pictures! This is a huge help. It appears you have either our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. The important difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 comes with a 1-3/32" shoe. You’ll need to measure as shown below to determine which one matches what you have now. You will also need to select the 2640 spring strength option.
