Window Sash Balancer Replacement

Thanks for the additional pictures! This is a huge help. It appears you have either our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. The important difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 comes with a 1-3/32" shoe. You’ll need to measure as shown below to determine which one matches what you have now. You will also need to select the 2640 spring strength option.
