Window Sash Cam Replacement

I need a replacement sash cam with the following dimensions

-- 1 7/16" wide at top
-- 1 1/16" long at top
-- 1 9/16" long from top to bottom
-- two screw holes set 7/8" apart (from middle of screw hole)
-- screw holes are 1" from top to middle of screw hole
-- bottom part where screw holes are is 1 5/16" wide
