Window Sash Channel Balance and Sash CAM Parts

A landlord from St. Louis, MO says:

1. Non-tilt aluminum window.

2. Need help identifying top sash guide. I think it may be 18-069 due to the two holes. Pictures 20180501_080604.jpg and IMG_2290.JPG. Item width (part edge to edge across the line formed by the two holes) is 11/16". I did not have a complete sample to photograph, just the broken and distorted item in the photographs.

3. Need help identifying the balance top. I think it is 19-002 but my part has a small semi-circular channel in the vertical web. Pictures 20180501_080735.jpg and 20180501_080722.jpg

4. Need help identifying the balance shoe. I think it is 15-002. Picture 20180501_080642.jpg.

5. Need help identifying a channel which is 9/16" wide. The number stamped on the channel is 2930 and it measures 29.25" in length (just the metal channel was measured). I did not expect this length with this part number.

6. I am interested also if you carry a complete assembly all with the top and shoe as described above. 2 channel assemblies to replace those marked 2830 that measure 29" long and 2 channel assemblies to replace those marked 2930 that measure 29.25"

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for contacting us. This is a General Aluminum window, which leads me to believe you have our 18-066 top sash guide. Look over our pictures and dimensions to confirm.

As for the balance, since it's 29.25" long it will have to be specially made. I will email you a custom order link and price quote for two of these, which is our minimum. These balances include the 19-002 top and 15-002 bottom, which I believe you have. If you'd like more, let me know here and I'd be happy to change it for you.
