As shown on pichure 2, it says "26 4 IN CALDWELL" on the side.

Hello,
You'll need either the S380-27 or S385-27 to replace your balances. To confirm the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe.
Our 2640 stamp should work in place of yours. It will support a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs.
