Window Sash Cord is Broken

Question

I have 2 windows that the window cord is broken.
They are 30 yr old windows, Andersen I believe.
The photo shows one of the windows.
I'm trying to figure out what part I need.

I'm afraid I cannot identify what balance you have based on this information alone. We will need you to remove the balance box from the window and show us a picture of each stamp printed on it. We may also be able to deduce what you have based on the width and height of your visible glass for the sash this balance supports, but this is not the most reliable method and our recommendation may not be 100% accurate.
