Hi and thank you for your help. I believe I have Double Hung Vinyl Thermal Swing windows (which I think is no longer in business). I'm attaching the photos I received from my tenant (I live in New York, but own a home in Charlotte) ? it looks like the internal frame cracked (the window from the top fell down, no glass broke). Not sure if you'd have the parts needed to repair or if I need to purchase a new window. Many thanks! Mara

Thank you for reaching out to us. We, unfortunately, can't help with the cracked sash frame but we can help with the spiral balances, pivot shoes, and pivot bar. This looks like a tilt window so I recommend either our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600 with the red tip option.
To help identify your pivot bar and pivot shoe, we will need to see photos of undamaged versions removed from the sash. We will also need you to write out the thickness and width dimensions for the pivot shoe.
